next week installing a car wash equipment in NYC

hey guys,

we finish the installation we had in FL. everything went well! we tested everything and all the car wash equipment run well. we washed about 30 vehicles all sizes and did all the adjustment that we needed and walla everything is perfect.

What you have to make sure when you finish will the installation, is that everything will work really really good because you will not be around when they start washing vehicles, and if it will not work good then they will have to shut down, and as we all know time is money and in the car wash business when you busy its a lot of money.

anyway next week we are going to NYC for this old car wash that need to replace few things. it’s a 24 hours wash so it will be interesting to work with them.

Hello you guys

i am writing you as i am taking a break from work for the day.

Everything is going as plan, first we installed the car wash conveyor, it’s a 120 ft long.

we installed the top brush, car wash mitters, side brushes and the baby rockers. we need to install the van brush few arches and the dryer system. when we installed the conveyor the trick in the car wash equipment was to keep it as straight as possible when we weld it together, if not the vehicle will not roll out the car wash tunnel straight and always will have problems coming out the tracks. the good think is that we are not the last guys on the job and even when we are done they still can’t open the car wash and they have to finish the waiting area and the store.

ok probably the next time that i will write will be after we test the car wash machine and finish the installation.

hey guys its me Carlos again.

man i wish all our installs were in hot places! the weather is so so good and hot. we been here for almost a week and i enjoy every sec of it.

when we got here we found out that the construction guys messed up a lot of thinks that will make it hard for us to installed the car wash systems, so we called them back on the job.

so here we are enjoying sunny florida for now untill they fix the pit for the conveyor. we also ordered a from the factory a top brush and wheel cleaner that as soon as they are done we can install everything we need.

Few things that we were able to installed were, the van brush and all power packs in the equipment room.

My name is Carlos, i work for a large car wash equipment company.

I would like to tell a little about my experience installing car wash equipment.

A lot of people wash there vehicles regularly, one a month one a week and even some once a day, but not a lot of people know the kind of machine that clean their vehicle when the visit their local car wash.

I been doing this for about 10 years and been traveling all over the USA to different car washes.

We just got to Florida, man the weather is so nice I love it!

We need to install a complete car wash system for this brand new car wash. They didn’t save any money and got the best equipment money can buy.
